Licensed in 2002, I have worked in a variety of settings from a day spa to a physical therapy practice to my own office, my current workplace. I work with clients ranging from high-school age to 90. Here are just a few of the conditions I have worked with:
My practice has three goals:
To normalize muscles and other soft tissues to maximize my clients' health and freedom of movement and minimize pain.
To help clients see the connections between their activities and the impact of those activities on their bodies so they can make more informed choices about posture, exercise, and other self-care activities.
What I bring to the massage table:
In-depth knowledge of muscles and other soft tissue as well as a thorough understanding of how muscles work together throughout the body.
A wide range of technques from gentle to deep tissue to locate and address soft tissue dysfunction and restore tissue health
Strong listening skills to help clients identify links between their activities and their pain and develop modifications
